Her kind, approachable nature makes her a favorite among both our team and clients alike. Shea

Meet Shea! Say hello to Shea– our incredible manager who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes! With a constant smile and an infectious positive energy, Shealynn brings a burst of sunshine to our team every day. Have you ever seen a dog do zoomies? Well, Shealynn tackles her to-do list just as fast – it’s like she has turbo boosters in her shoes! Shea has been a part of the Always Unleashed family for 7 years and continues to grow and excel in the dog care industry. Her dedication and passion for both the business and the pups we care for are unmatched. On top of her amazing work here, Shealynn recently graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management – a true testament to her commitment to personal and professional growth. We’re lucky to have Shealynn leading the charge and making sure everything runs like clockwork!

Jessica

Meet Jessica! Jessica is our longest-tenured Ruff-er-ree, having been with us since 2012. Over the years, she’s become a true role model for our team, embodying the perfect combination of hard work, dedication, and expertise. Her approach to her work is nothing short of perfection, and her strong work ethic sets a high standard for everyone around her. Kind, considerate, fast, efficient, and thorough – Jessica is the ultimate team player. While she’s primarily worked nights in recent years, she’s recently been brightening up our days with her positive energy and incredible skill set. One of Jessica's standout talents is her natural ability with dogs – they absolutely love her! Whether it's offering comfort or providing top-notch care, Jess truly has a special connection with the pups. In addition to her amazing work with dogs, she’s also a talented groomer, bringing out the best in every pup she works with.

Chris

Say hello to Chris – a true superhero in disguise! Chris joined our team in 2017 and has been bringing his unique brand of awesomeness to everything we do ever since. Whether you’ve spotted him in the lobby chatting with customers or heard his friendly voice on the phone, Chris is always there to make you feel welcome and at ease.

When it comes to getting things done, Chris is a pro – efficient, reliable, and always on top of things. But it's his sense of humor and ability to connect with the dogs that really set him apart. He has a special knack for making tails wag and owners smile, turning every visit into a fun, positive experience.

Sam - Tiny Town

Hello! My name is Sam, and I'm a proud team member of Tiny Town! But wait, that's not all—I'm also lucky enough to spend my time in the Hound Lounge as well! Can you guess what my absolute favorite thing is? Well, it's no secret—I absolutely, positively, cannot resist the charm of dogs! They've completely captured my heart! I've been working in this doggie paradise for a woof-tastic five years now, and every day is filled with endless wagging tails and wet nose boops. It's pure puppy bliss!

Sterling - Big Reff

Meet Sterling! Let us introduce Sterling, a valued member of our exceptional team who specializes in caring for our beloved large dogs. Sterling’s expertise goes beyond his skills—he has a natural, personal connection with every dog he meets. As the proud owner of two pups himself, he truly understands the unique needs of our furry friends. Sterling has been with us for almost 3 years, and in that time, he’s built strong bonds with the dogs and has become a favorite among our clients. His genuine love for animals and dedication to their well-being make him an outstanding member of our team. The pups absolutely adore him, and it's clear that Sterling’s passion for dogs shines through in everything he does. Judy-Tiny Town

I'm Ref Judy and I've been taking care of little doggos here at AU since October 2021 - and let me tell you, I absolutely love it! After 30 years in the dental field, I retired and found my true calling in Tiny Town as a ref. But you know what? I have to admit, I prefer dogs over most people! Their little wagging tails and adorable faces just melt my heart.

Caleb

Meet Caleb! Caleb is one of the heart and soul members of our yard team at Always Unleashed. His passion for dogs shines through in everything he does, and he brings an incredible warmth and kindness to every pup he works with. You’ll instantly know it’s Caleb because he treats each dog like they’re his own, with patience, care, and love. Outside of work, Caleb is in the exciting process of training his own puppy, further deepening his bond with dogs. His dedication to understanding and supporting their needs makes him a true asset to our team and a joy to be around. We’re lucky to have Caleb as part of our Always Unleashed family, and we know your pup will love spending time with him!

Mercedes - Tiny Town

Meet Mercedes! Hi there, I’m Mercedes! Spending time with pups is truly my passion, and it’s one of the best parts of my day. My dream is to become a veterinarian someday, which is why I love meeting all your amazing pets—they’re like little furry teachers, showing me the unique personalities and quirks that make each dog so special.

I’ve been with Always Unleashed for almost 3.5 years now, and in that time, I’ve had the privilege of caring for so many wonderful dogs. Every interaction is an opportunity for me to learn more and grow, and I’m excited to continue this journey with your pups by my side.

Paige - Tiny Town & front desk

Meet Paige! Paige is the smiling, joyful face you’ll likely remember from our front desk at Always Unleashed. With her friendly and welcoming personality, she’s sure to brighten your day every time you walk in. Paige has been an integral part of our team for nearly 4 years, working in various areas of the resort. While you’ll most often find her at the front desk or in Tiny Town, she occasionally helps with the big dogs too! Her love for animals is evident in everything she does, and she’s always ready to give your pup the best care. When Paige isn’t working with us, she’s finishing up her degree at ASU and pursuing her passion for theater. A talented performer, Paige has a beautiful singing voice and brings a creative flair to everything she does. We’re lucky to have such a dedicated, talented, and caring team member like Paige—she truly makes a difference in our pups' lives!

Introducing Reff Aubrey, a true dog whisperer! With a natural affinity for our furry friends, Aubrey's knack for understanding and connecting with dogs is nothing short of remarkable. Her gentle demeanor and genuine love for canines make her a cherished member of our community.

Alicia - Groomer

Meet Alicia our extraordinary expert groomer! She came onboard in 2017. Her grooming career began in 1996 through which she gained experience grooming virtually every dog breed imaginable. Her unique artistic abilities enable her to make any dog look best in show.
